What did you do in the Galapagos? I went there last summer with my parents and also had a blast! It was really cool there, and I hope to go again. It's a once in a lifetime experience... :)
In South Africa I was just vacationing and seeing what there is to see. South Africa is also a once in a lifetime experience! It was a BLAST!!! :)
We should definitely talk in CA. Are you going to be in Washington D.C.?

Hi Katie, I am actually going to the California trip, so I won't see you until July 26, but I'm really looking forward to meeting you! That's so awesome about seeing the otter in Alaska-- I've only seen the three sea otters at the Vancouver Aquarium. However, they are always "holding paws", so I guess I've seen rafting behaviour, but I cannot imagine how fascinating it would be to see a whole group of sea otters rafting in the wild!
