Thanks, Erika. Writing for NOAA is a great job b/c I get to learn about all kinds of topics related to the ocean realm and all of its wonders. It's also challenging to translate scientific and technical info into stories that nonscientists want to read!

Hey Erika! I'm doing pretty well. How are you? How's the summer going? I'm keeping myself busy with Camp SEA Lab everyday - but can't be complaining because I get to hang out with a bunch of kids at the beach/outdoors everyday. I hope all is well!

HAHA that's awesome!
I know this trip is coming fast. And it will be even faster for me because Im going to the Keys this coming Wednesday. So I've been getting ready for that. Its going to be mild insanity. Spending 9 hours on a bus load of like 50 ppl, I might just shoot myself.
But other than that, Ive been volunteering a lot. A parent of one of the campers brought by the baby tigers she was taking care of. There were 3 of them and one was 8 days old. It's rare that I say the word cute, but OMG THEY WERE SO CUTE!! lol.
