Yes, you can use photos from the OFL website for articles and other activities. I can also get you higher resolution photos than the ones posted that you all took. The credit should go: photographer's name (if known), copyright 2009 NOAA and NGS Photocamp.
I hope you're doing very well!
Best,
Jonathan
I don't have a specific message that can top your own words about the experiences you had during Ocean for Life. You could highlight the three themes of the Ocean for Life program and how they are relevant to your audience. You could also work to connect your friends from the field study with folks from back home so they can learn about each others' environmental/cultural issues and what they can do to help each other on a community level. I will keep brainstorming, so keep an eye out for new forums or discussion topics. I want to make sure I do everything I can to help you out!
I'm glad you had such a good experience during OFL. I look forward to staying in touch with you. Thanks, again, for the cookies...yum!
Best, Jenny Stock
How are you?
I'm glad that you got to come see us in California, on our beach clean-up day. That was really cool. I enjoyed seeing you! :)
So... What's up? When does school start? What are you doing until school starts?
Miss you. Keep in touch!
How are you?
I love the leopard shark, it's amazing & looks like leopard too!!
How is ur home & How do you spend the of summer?
My other choices were mostly out-of-state; I looked at Macalester (in Minnesota), Lewis & Clark (in Oregon), and a bunch of places on the east coast. Where else are you looking?
Yep, I go to Davis. I'm majoring in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning (EPAP) and I love it! Just one year left until graduation, and I know I'll be sad to leave. Have you visited the campus?
Anyways, as you can probably tell by now, I'm going to California. I'm excited to meet you in Washington DC. South Africa was amazing. I definitely can't pick a favorite part, because all of it was so amazing! :)
By the way, I really like your picture of a leopard shark. They really do look like their skin was originally a leopard's! :)
